Return & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ancestral Halo. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:


1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents.


4. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at service@ancestralhalo.com to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same steps as a return. Once we receive and approve your return, we will ship your replacement.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
